    Included are recipes that use tinned tomatoes & passata, quinoa & rice, tinned tuna or beans & lentils.

    During times of crisis or when there is a shortage of food available for purchase, it is great to have a selection of really tasty gluten and dairy free lunch & dinner recipes that you can rely on.

    Recipes that use pantry staples that you should always have in your pantry, which generally have a long shelf life that you can stock up on.

    But when I say stock up, I don’t mean go crazy and buy months and months worth. I recommend having at least 2-3 weeks worth in your pantry. You can always restock if needed.

    These recipes are grouped according to one of the main ingredients, so either tinned tomatoes & passata, quinoa & rice, tinned tuna or beans & lentils (either canned or dry).

    They are all gluten free and dairy free or have the option to modify. If you see a recipe that uses cheese you can either omit or substitute with a vegan cheese or lactose free cheese.
