You can use either fresh or frozen fruit to make this green smoothie, however, if you use fresh fruit then you need to also add a few ice cubes.

Banana Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups filtered water
- 2 cups pineapple fresh or frozen
- 2 bananas small or medium, fresh or froze
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- Handful of ice blocks if you use fresh fruit
Instructions
- Blend ingredients. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
