    This banana pineapple smoothie is a super healthy and delicious non-dairy smoothie made with banana, pineapple, and baby spinach.

    I am sharing with you a totally healthy and tasty Pineapple + Banana Green Smoothie which is inspired by Simple Green Smoothies.

    This non-dairy smoothie is super delicious and is a great way to start your day or makes a perfect snack.

    WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE

    Dairy free - this is a non-dairy smoothie that is made with fresh or frozen fruit, spinach and water.

    Easy to make - this smoothie takes less than 5 minutes to make.

    Made with fresh wholefood ingredients - which are easy to find at any supermarket, health store, food markets or on-line store.

    RECIPE INGREDIENTS

    • Banana
    • Pineapple
    • Baby spinach
    • Water
    • Ice cubes, if using fresh fruit

    EQUIPMENT YOU NEED

    A high-speed blender is your best bet to make this smoothie. There are many different types on the market.

    RECIPE FAQS

    Should I use fresh or frozen fruit?

    You can use either fresh or frozen fruit to make this green smoothie, however, if you use fresh fruit then you need to also add a few ice cubes.
    If you do use fresh fruit, the ice does not detract from the awesome flavour.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups filtered water
    • 2 cups pineapple fresh or frozen
    • 2 bananas small or medium, fresh or froze
    • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
    • Handful of ice blocks if you use fresh fruit

    Instructions

    • Blend ingredients. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

    Notes

    If you use frozen fruit, then you do not need to add in ice cubes.
