Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs lamb leg steak cut into small pieces (you could also use lamb shoulder)
  • 1 tablespoon Moroccan Spice check out my recipe HERE
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onions chopped
  • 2 carrots medium, chopped
  • 1 sweet potato small, peeled and chopped
  • 14 oz tin tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken stock preferably home made or organic.
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Add the lamb pieces to the slow cooker.
  • Add the Moroccan spice and mix well to combine.
  • Add garlic, onions, carrots, sweet potato, crushed tomato, chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook on high heat for 4-5 hours or on low heat for 8-10 hours.
  • Remove from the slow cooker and serve with your favourite side.
