Equipment

  • Food Processor or High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 Tbl coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and process until ingredients are well combined.
  • Roll into balls and place into the refrigerator to set.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Notes

It is very important that you use  Medjool dates to make these bliss balls. Regular dates are very dry and if you use them the bliss balls will not stick together. Medjool dates are sticky and required for this recipe.
