Chocolate Orange Fudge (Dairy Free)

This chocolate orange fudge is dairy free, delicious and easy to make. It contains only 5 ingredients and takes minimal time to make and set in the freezer!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 8.8 oz almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 10 drops orange essential oil or orange extract

Instructions
 

  • Process ingredients: Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor/thermomix and blend until smooth.
  • Place into loaf tin: Spoon the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and smooth over with a spatula.
  • Allow to set: Place into the freezer for approximately 1 hour to set.
  • Slice: Take out of the freezer and cut into desired portion sizes.

Notes

  • This fudge will last up to one week in your refrigerator or up to 2-3 months in your freezer. Just make sure you store in an air-tight container.
