Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup fresh mango diced
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1/2 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 to 1 red chili finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
  • Refrigerate until required.

Notes

There are many red chili variations you can use. Habanaro peppers will make it extra hot or you can also use jalapeno, cayene, serrano or scotch bonnet peppers.
