or your favourite nut butter

coconut oil
melted
1/3
cup
cacao powder

tablespoons
maple syrup

drops
peppermint essential oil
or peppermint extract

Instructions
Process Ingredients
- Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
Add to Loaf Tin
- Spoon the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and smooth over with a spatula.
Set in Freezer
- Place into the freezer for approximately 1 hour to set.
Cut into Squares
- Take out of the freezer and cut into desired portion sizes.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to one week or in your freezer for 2-3 months
