Notes

FLAVOUR OPTIONS
Salt, pepper and oil - you can use either olive oil or coconut oil. Drizzle two tablespoons oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and oil - this is the same as the flavour option above but you add 1 tablespoon of garlic powder.
Garlic powder, butter, salt and pepper - For this combination, you drizzle 2 tablespoons butter over the wedges with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
TIPS
  • Mix the flavours really well with the wedges to ensure that they coated really well.
  • Make sure you don't over crowd the wedges on the baking tray or baking sheet.
  • Make sure you slice the sweet potato into wedges that are all similar sizes.
