These salted caramel bliss balls are made with 4 simple ingredients. They are easy to make and are free from gluten, dairy, grains, eggs and refined sugar and can be made nut free by substituting the almonds with shredded coconut.

Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 1 cup almonds
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut or desiccated coconut (for coating the bliss balls)

Instructions

  • Process the ingredients. Add the ingredients (except the coconut that you are using to coat the bliss balls) to your food processor and process until the mixture sticks together when pressed.
  • Roll the bliss balls. Using your hands, rolls the mixture in bite-sized balls. You should be able to make 12-14.
  • Coat the bliss balls. Coat the bliss balls in desiccated or shredded coconut and place into an air-tight container until ready to eat.

Notes

Make nut free - Substitute the almonds for shredded coconut to make nut free
Storage - keep in an air-tight container until ready to eat
