These gluten free cookie dough bars are really easy to prepare and take less than 10 minutes to make. There is also the option to also make the cookie dough dairy free.

Instructions
Mix ingredients: Add butter, coconut sugar, coconut milk and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly until well combined. Stir in the coconut flour and then the chocolate chips.
Place in baking tin: Add the dough to a lined square baking tin, pressing it down firmly with the back of a spoon or a spatula.
Allow to set: Place the baking pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
Slice into bars: When ready to serve, take out of the freezer and rest for a few minutes before slicing into bars.
To store: place them in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in your freezer for up to 6 months.
