These Gluten Free Meatballs are a super yummy meal and best of all they so simple to make using your slow cooker! Plus these slow cooker meatballs are low carb.
1-2TBLbasilfresh preferably, but can use dried or even an Italian herb mix

Instructions
Prepare meatballs: Combine meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixing lightly until well combined. Shape into desired size meatballs and add to the bottom of the slow cooker. I used a soup soon to shape mine.
Prepare sauce: Add sauce ingredients to the slow cooker, placing on top of the meatballs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
What is the best way to store leftovers?Leftover meatballs will keep well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Make sure you keep in a sealed container. When reheating in the microwave, use a microwave safe dish and heat on 50% power.
