This amazing vanilla blueberry smoothie bowl is topped with chia seeds and organic dark chocolate. Who said breakfast had to be boring!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (Queen Fine Foods is my fave)
- Toppings - chia seeds and some organic dark chocolate
Add the ingredients to a high speed blender, food processor or themomix and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy.
