This amazing vanilla blueberry smoothie bowl is topped with chia seeds and organic dark chocolate. Who said breakfast had to be boring!
I realised that I had not shared to many smoothie bowl recipes on Becomingness before.
In fact, I have only shared one smoothie bowl recipe, my banana berry smoothie bowl.
So, I decided to rectify this and have created an amazing vanilla blueberry smoothie bowl, which is packed full of flavour.
I topped it with some chia seeds and organic dark chocolate, to give it some extra healthy goodness. Plus, chocolate and blueberries are one of those classic flavour food combinations that I really love.
I recommend using frozen banana if you can, however, it still works well with normal banana. As usual, this recipe is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste (Queen Fine Foods is my fave)
- Toppings - chia seeds and some organic dark chocolate
Add the ingredients to a high speed blender, food processor or themomix and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy.
