Slow Cooker Meatballs. Super yummy meal that is simple to make!

Slow Cooker Meatballs

  • 1/2 kilogram beef mince
  • 1/2 kilogram pork mince
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, finely grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to season

Tomato Sauce

  • 1 x 400 grams organic chopped tomatoes
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 tablespoons, fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to season


  1. Combine meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixing lightly until well combined. Shape into desired size meatballs and add to the bottom of the slow cooker. I used a soup soon to shape mine.
  2. Add sauce ingredients to the slow cooker, placing on top of the meatballs. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Serve with your favourite sides.
