Ingredients

  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree* (not the canned version)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbl maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to blender in the order listed above.
  2. Blend and serve.
