These lime bliss balls are completely sugar & sweetener free! They are so easy to make and taste AMAZING!
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 6–8 drops lime essential oil (or zest from 1 lime)
- OPTIONAL – 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until all the ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
- Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Keep stored in the refrigerator.
The cook time does not include the time it takes to set in the refrigerator.
