These lime bliss balls are completely sugar & sweetener free! They are so easy to make and taste AMAZING!
I love creating recipes using essential oils!
So when I found out that lime essential oil was the product of the month, I knew I had to make another recipe using this fabulous oil.
As my lemon bliss balls were such a hit that I decided to make these lime bliss balls as well.
I also wanted to make these completely sugar and sweetener free with only the lime juice and oil providing the sweetness, which I LOVE!!!
However, I have also included an option to add more sweetness if that is something you'd prefer.
These lime bliss balls tick all the food lifestyle options - gluten free, dairy free, keto, paleo, lchf and vegan.
They are super healthy and only takes 5 minutes to make.
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 6-8 drops lime essential oil (or zest from 1 lime)
- OPTIONAL - ¼ cup maple syrup
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and process until all the ingredients are completely combined and smooth.
- Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
Keep stored in the refrigerator.
The cook time does not include the time it takes to set in the refrigerator.
